How to get from Elona to Tyria - Guild Wars Forums

Hi what quest takes a Elonian character to Tyria?
Please state the city and NPC name of where to get it.
And are there any level requirements or quests I must do before the LA quest is available?

I have a level 20 dervish and a message flashed when he entered a city, about how to get the quest to LA. Now I made a new character starting in Elona who is lvl 5, and I looked near the docks for a NPC to give me a quest, but none gave it and I dont remember how my lvl 20 got it.
